Directions

• From Highway 101 (North or South): Take 101 to 880 South. Take the Bascom Avenue Exit. Turn left on Bascom Avenue and a right on Naglee Avenue (Naglee Avenue becomes Forest Avenue). The hospital will be on your right.
• From Interstate 280 North: Take 280 to the Stevens Creek/West San Carlos exit and turn right on West San Carlos Avenue. Turn left on DiSalvo Avenue, which ends at O’Connor Hospital.
• From Interstate 280 South: Take 880 North towards Oakland. Take the Bascom Avenue South Exit. Turn right on Naglee Avenue (Naglee Avenue becomes Forest Avenue). The hospital will be on your right.
• Long-term parking is available behind the hospital. Short-term parking is available in front of the hospital. A bus stop, (Line 23) is in front of the hospital.
